Rockford Fosgate warrants their products to be free from defects for a specific period of time however Rockford Fosgate's warranty states that they will not honor the warranty of its' product which are not purchased from an authorized Rockford Fosgate dealer.

We certify that all Rockford Fosgate products we sell are genuine Rockford Fosgate and are new and factory fresh, unless specified in the product description.

Should Rockford Fosgate refuse to honor the warranty just because you purchased it from us, please contact us and we will assist you in obtaining no charge repair of your Rockford Fosgate product in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Rockford Fosgate's warranty statement.
